Broken Habits. Bruised Mood.

Chapter 1
It’s been an up and down roller coaster ride that has me feeling nauseous. A lot of it private, but what I can say is I thought I had it all figured out. Life thought different.
Chapter 2
If you followed a couple of weeks ago, I talked about how habits are the holy grail. I’ve slipped heavily off the path of Habs’. A lot of it has to do with my mental state. I want to get back on track. The benefits were super rewarding.
Chapter 3
This could fail like it did before:
- Too long of habit stack
- Spending too long on habit
- Skipping habits in stacks
Chapter 4
Game plan is to
- start out small again
- Re adjust cues
- Adjust systems
